They play an active role in the planning and direction of various local & global technology implementation partnering with business functions. This role brings a proactive and can-do attitude, deep understanding of pharma business and technology landscape, ability to effectively collaborate in a functional organization to implement new technology platforms and support existing platform. It provides a seamless link to internal global service providers, and manages external service vendors projects through co-ordination, leadership and clarity of requirements to enable solution delivery.The Senior IT Analyst – Business Systems is expected to:

• Providing technical support to end-users to ensure efficient system usage and user adoption.
• Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security in Business Systems, applications, and databases.
• Maintaining and enhancing existing Business Systems and applications to ensure they remain up-to-date and meet organizational needs.
• Troubleshooting and resolving system issues to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Developing and maintaining documentation, including user manuals and system specifications, to support efficient business processes and effective system support.
• Champion & manage governance related to IT data privacy and compliance, and software lifecycle policies.

Major Responsibilities:The Senior IT Analyst – Business Systems plays a role in the daily IT operations, support, delivery, and monitoring of IT solutions in partnership with the larger Commercial Business Technology Solutions ( BTS) , business partners and external suppliers. The Senior IT Analyst – Business Systems will:

• Provide support and troubleshooting for commercial systems; liaise with vendors & IT, manage data integrity, conduct audits, feedback issues to team and proactively seek to improve system functionality
• Support business users in the effective utilization of commercial IT applications and tools.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the local business landscape and dynamics, and collaborate with business management to effectively conduct day-to-day operations.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding these systems and serve as a point of contact for the affiliate for future developments and best practices.
• Provide targeted training and technical capability building to ensure that technology solutions are being used to their full potential.
• Assist in IT partner service governance, ensuring that all services are provided in accordance with agreed-upon SLAs, KPIs, and CSI.

Required Experience\Qualifications :

• Possess 5+ years of professional experience in IT, with direct oversight and/or hands-on experience in ITIL functions and processes in IT operations or business IT roles
• Experience supporting Salesforce, Pharmaceutical IT systems, GXP and highly regulated systems.
• Experienced in delivering IT operations and services in highly regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, banking & capital market, auditing, public services, etc.
• Capable of working within a cross-functional organization, and experience to work with geographically diverse team and offshore partners.
• Possess a can-do attitude, persistence, and a positive outlook
• Eager to learn, stretch, and challenge the status quo
• Possess excellent customer relationship management and written and verbal English communication skills
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science or equivalent work experience

The following competencies and knowledge are highly desirable:

• Experience in Salesforce Healthcloud, Veeva, MS Dynamics, SQL, PowerBI, Javascript, VBA Macro
• Experience in delivering digital patient support platforms
• Knowledge and experience of emerging trends in the pharmaceutical industry
• Consulting background and experience
