About the Role:
- Assisting the organisation with identifying current business requirements, optimisation and further roll-out of hospital application and infrastructure systems to increase business efficiency
- Provide specialist Level 3 support for hospital technology applications and systems
- Implement new releases of software and infrastructure, as well as configuration and testing of the application and systems
- Monitor and report upon the performance of applications and systems
- Identify risks and issues about the use of applications within the organisation
- Support and BAU as an escalation at Level 3. 50/50 BAU and projects
- Delivering the best logical outcomes for customers and systems in response to troubleshooting
- Resolving system and software application issues with Wintel, infrastructure systems and applications
- Produce, evaluate, and maintain sets of documents that reflect the business processes within the hospital
Essential Criteria:
Must have internal / in-house experience and advanced technical skills in the following:
- Citrix XenApp
- VMWare
- AWS
- Windows Server and Active Directory
- Commvault Backups
- M365, Intune, and Exchange Hybrid
- Powershell, VB Scripting
- Networking
- Cisco Telephony
Desirable Criteria:
- iSCSI and Fibre Storage SAN experience
- Certified in AWS, M365, Windows, Networking, VMWare
- Prior work experience in Healthcare industry
