Responsibilities
As an IT Systems Engineer at Claratti Workspace, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and technical support to maintain the efficiency of our IT services. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Providing timely and effective service desk support, resolving incidents and service requests promptly.
- Logging all incidents and service requests in the service desk ticketing system.
- Conducting thorough analysis, troubleshooting, and fixes at both first and second service desk levels.
- Assisting in IT projects as needed to contribute to our technology initiatives.
- Performing on-site and remote troubleshooting to address technical issues.
- Identifying recurring incident trends and providing insights to peers and the Technical Manager.
- Demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and adept analysis of issues.
- Setting up and configuring PC hardware with a strong understanding of best practices.
- Exemplifying exceptional verbal and written customer service skills.
- Excelling in organisational and time management skills while working independently.
- Keeping current with IT standards and emerging technologies.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated excellence in problem assessment and solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in PC hardware setup and configuration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Citrix, and Azure. · Proven proficiency with Windows Servers 2012 - 2022
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Current knowledge of IT standards and emerging technologies.
- Current Australian drivers licence with a reliable motor vehicle
- Exemplifying exceptional verbal and written customer service skills.
Preferred Experience
In addition to the basic requirements, the ideal candidate would have:
- At least two years experience at an MSP
- Knowledge of virtualisation technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Effective communication skills with end-users to provide top-notch customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Software and applications deployment on Windows systems
- Telephony system experience
- Experience supporting MDM solutions
- Certifications such as Microsoft, ITIL, or CompTIA A+ are highly valued
