Network & Systems Engineer

A successful and growing managed service provider based at Mascot NSW, is looking to hire an experienced Network & Systems Engineer to be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of Networking and Microsoft Cloud based infrastructure solutions, such as LAN/WAN/VLAN/SD-WAN/5G solutions, Azure and Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, design, implementation, maintenance, and support across the networking, servers, and cloud technologies.
• Project work including building and implementing network and cloud infrastructure.
• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting and enhancement on the systems infrastructure for customers.
• End-to-end delivery of server and systems implementation and migration projects.
• Provide technical service in accordance to agreed objectives, support SLA's and project delivery timelines.
• Create technical documentation and transition projects to BAU support.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or significant experience in the field.
• Min. 5 years of experience in the IT industry working as IT Infrastructure Engineer / Network Engineer / Systems Administrator.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune / Autopilot endpoint management.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Experience with Cisco Routers and Switches
• Experience with LAN/WAN/VLAN/SD-WAN technologies.
• Experience with Cisco Meraki / Palo Alto Firewall
• Experience with 5G networking solutions (desirable, but not essential)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary Package: $110K-$130K Base + Super (depending on experience).
