IT Technical Officer

The Role

Working with a small but fun and highly productive team, the IT Technical Officer will provide support, administration, development and reporting for our field mobility solution, web applications and database systems. The role is responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of the corporate data warehouse and related services such as business intelligence and reporting.

As a direct contact to staff across the organisation, this role will also provide quality and timely advice, data, information products and reports in response to requests. Under the guidance of the Team Lead the successful candidate will also assist with any custom development, application integrations, and any corporate system upgrades or migrations.

To succeed in this role, you will need the ability to query and work with relational databases and an understanding of 'Data Warehousing', an entry level knowledge of programming, as well as the ability to think critically and work effectively with stakeholders to provide best fit solutions is essential to this role.

This role has been classified as per our Enterprise Agreement as a Band 3 position, with Total Remuneration Package (TRP) from $77,790 to $101,045 per annum (including 11% employer superannuation contribution), dependant on skills, experience and qualifications.
