Our client is seeking multiple experienced Iteration Managers with a background in the Insurance industry, particularly in working on Integration or Migration programs from legacy systems to Guidewire.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, driving collaboration across cross-functional teams, and ensuring the seamless integration of systems.

- Salary: $160K to $180K Base + Super
- Location: Sydney, CBD, 2000
- Length: 15-month maxterm contract
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee integration and migration programs from legacy systems to Guidewire, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and ensure project milestones are met.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize project delivery and efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as an Iteration Manager or similar role.
- Proven experience working within the insurance industry, with a focus on integration or migration projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Guidewire systems and their implementation best practices.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, SAFe).
- Experience with other insurance-related software platforms and technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools and software.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
