SalaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Japanese Speaking Junior Accounts Payable/Receivable to join our client's team in West of Sydney. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both AR and AP provide accounting support to the accounting department, preparing daily report, bookkeeping, arranging payment for goods purchased and expenses and so on.

Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables's data
Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. * Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
- Min of 1 year experience as Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- High attention to detail
