Position: Job Coach & Learning Skills Facilitator
Location: La Trobe Valley & Gippsland

This dynamic combo role is tailor-made for someone enthusiastic and ready to work with amazing people from all walks of life. Whether it’s long-term unemployed folks, career changers, or individuals with disabilities needing a boost, you'll be their superhero, providing guidance and motivation.
Your Superhero Duties:
Job Coaching:
- Crafting brilliant coaching and employment plans.
- Chatting with participants to uncover their goals and dreams.
- Helping participants crush personal barriers and set achievable goals.
- Assessing individual strengths and teaching them to use these powers effectively.
- Coaching on job search techniques and crafting killer resumes.
- Assisting individuals with disabilities to develop social and life skills.
- Advising on workplace accommodations and support.
- Keeping track of progress, maintaining records, and prepping reports.
Skills Facilitation:
- Leading workshops on real-life topics like:
- Crafting standout resumes and nailing interviews.
- Navigating job applications and online job hunting.
- Mastering networking skills to connect with potential employers.
- Budgeting 101: Creating and sticking to a budget.
- Understanding bank accounts, savings, and managing debt.
- Financial goal-setting: Short-term and long-term planning.
- Identifying career interests and exploring education pathways.
- Boosting digital literacy and computer skills.
- Building resilience and coping strategies.
- Setting up a small business and mastering OHS in the workplace.
- Developing healthy relationships and teamwork skills.
