Junior Accounts Person - Ap/Ar Allrounder

Aussie Automotive Group are leaders in the Hail & Specialised Automotive Repair Industry. We are currently seeking a Junior Accounts Allrounder to join our team. We are based at Willawong, QLD and we are looking for an immediate starter.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Being that this is a newly created entry level role you will be provided with exceptional training and support to complete the following tasks:

• MYOB data entry - payables and receivables
• MYOB reconciliations and reporting
• Internal and external customer support for Accounts related tasks
• Scanning and filing
• Ad hoc items as requested
• Assisting Ops Admin with overflow incoming calls

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

• 6 to 12 months Accounts Payable/Receivable experience
• Positive attitude, reliable and a team player
• MYOB experience desirable
• Excel and Outlook experience essential
• Exceptional attention to detail with good data entry skills
• A very high level of customer service is essential, you will be supporting internal and external customers
• The ability to be flexible and adaptable. You are able to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines
• Ability to build strong working relationships with your team is essential and you have an excellent attitude to teamwork
