Who are we looking for?
Are you someone is eager to kickstart a career in the creative industry? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Admin Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, enthusiastic, keen to learn, and excited to work on a broad range of exciting projects and with big clients. As a Junior Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the overall success of Visualcom.
What does the role entail?
- Support the account management team in day-to-day client interactions and communications.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and feedback between clients and internal teams.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as opening jobs, quoting and answering phone calls.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including briefs, schedules, and quotes.
- Ensure all client requests and queries are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Monitor project progress and alert the team of any potential issues or delays.
- Collaborate with creative, production, print, and signage teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Assist in organising meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer fresh ideas for client projects.
