Based in our Wingfield depot, you will work alongside our HR Manager to deliver excellent administrative support to the team.
About the role;
- Data entry
- Scanning and filing documents into freight management system and files.
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone.
- Mailroom duties, regular stocking and servicing of the utility areas and kitchens, printer maintenance and placing orders for supplies
- Reception relief
- Other administration duties as required.
About you;
- High level of computer literacy and excel.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- You are reliable and punctual - we can trust to see you at work and on time
- Organised with good time management
- Good focus and concentration.
- Active, helpful and contributing team member with a strong work ethic, positive outlook and friendly disposition.
