As a boutique Real Estate Agency located in the Inner West, we are known for our exceptional concierge-style customer service in Property Management. We are committed to excellence and innovation, utilising the latest technology to enhance our services and streamline processes.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our team full-time, with the flexibility to work on Saturdays and enjoy time in lieu during the week.
There are three administrative support staff for the Property Management team.
Ideal Candidate for this role
At least one year of experience in Property Management
Hold a Class 2 licence.
Possess a current NSW full driver's licence.
Familiarity with Property Me is helpful
Robust understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and legislative updates.
Strong work ethic and desire to exceed, a team player who is highly motivated with excellent organisational and communication skills.
Driven to grow and take on new challenges.
Primary responsibilities of this position include
Conducting ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections.
Managing property leasing and open inspections.
Coordinate property maintenance with relevant parties.
Attend tribunal hearings as required.
Liaise with Owner and tenant for all Property Management matters.
