Junior Administration

About the role 

We have an exciting opportunity for qualified Junior Administration to join our Rockhampton team. This is a fast-paced salaried full time Monday to Friday administration role with a wide range of tasks to complete.  

Our ideal candidate would love to be challenged by a busy and diverse operational environment with multiple responsibilities and be able to work to tight deadlines. You are highly organised, resilient, and confident when talking to internal and external clients.  

There is a lot of variety within the role and will suit somebody who is pro-active, organised and can work well under pressure. You must be able to show and use initiative, offer up ideas or solutions for problems and suggest improvements.  

This role will be responsible for but not limited to: 

• Generating reports for daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s  
• Completing planned daily duties and non-planned activities  
• Monitor emails and respond within 24 hour turn around 
• Checking individual employee jobs times 
• Compliance tasks as required 
• Creating repeat orders 
• End of month tasks 
• General weekly ordering of supplies 
• General cleaning duties as required 

About you 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong customer focus combined with initiative, enthusiasm, ambition, and a willingness to learn.  

To be considered for this you will have the following skills and experiences. 

• Proficient use of computer software programs, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks accounting software. 
• Proven ability to promote a positive team environment 
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks 
• Proven high level of communication skills, both verbally and written, and comfortable speaking in groups to peers and management 
• Honesty and integrity  
• Take ownership and contribute as a key team member 
• Customer focused  
• Strong attention to detail
