An exciting opportunity has become available for a JuniorAdministration Assistant.
We are a well respected radio communication solutions provider with over 50 years’ experience servicing a diverse array of Western Australia business radio communication needs.
This role would suit a person who has a genuine desire to learn and grow within the business.
Your ability to provide excellent customer service, work within tight deadlines and develop strong relationships will lead to your success.
You will need to demonstrate the following skills:
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to engage effectively with customers on the phone and in person.
- The ability to build good relationships internally and externally.
Working directly with your line manager, you will be responsible for:
- Answering calls and responding to enquiries.
- Placing and processing supplier orders.
- Invoicing customers & following up customer account queries.
- Expediting the delivery of products to various client locations.
- Following up on order status with customers and suppliers.
- General office administration as required.
As the successful candidate you will exhibit the following attributes:
- Strong computer and customer service skills (You will also be trained on our in-house computer system)
- Be highly organised and able to manage your time effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The role is well rewarded for performance.
Contribution to the success of the business results in the regular discretionary profit share from the business owners.
