We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Administrative Assistant to join the Kunda Park admin team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their first admin role as we offer on-the-job training and while previous experience is an advantage it is not required.
What you will do
The Junior Administrative Assistant's responsibilities include answering phones and directing inquiries, entering and updating jobs in our online management system, and keeping the office and kitchen clean and office supplies stocked. The ideal candidate should have a bright personality, excellent communication skills, and be well organized.
Ultimately, the successful candidate will ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. You’ll work with a young fun team in a flexible work environment.
