We are an Accounting Firm looking for a Junior Administration Assistant to join our team.
Duties will include all facets of administration, including the following tasks:
- Greeting clients and answering telephones;
- Providing administrative support;
- Lodging documents to ATO & ASIC;
- Ensuring the office is clean and tidy;
- Directing firm correspondence; and
- Managing workflow to meet deadlines.
