About the role
A full-time Junior Office Reception / Data Entry / Administration is open in our WA Branch.
We are looking for Passionate & Self-Motivated Office Reception / Data Entry / Administration Junior officer who possess the drive to succeed. We are a dedicated team who thrives on supporting each other. Providing our customers with the best overall experience is something you will be continually backed up with.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide a professional response and action customer enquiry via phone and email.
- Respond in a friendly, professional and customer focused manner, ensuring first call resolution.
- Accurately processing all phone and email orders into ERP system.
- Quoting, providing customers with product information and upselling products.
- Handle customer complaints and forward to appropriate departments for resolutions as required.
- Communicate with accounting department regarding customer accounts.
- Other Ad hoc Jobs.
Skills and experience
- Relevant industry experience is preferred but not essential
- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate & Self Motivated.
- A positive can-do attitude that craves success
- A true passion for driving company by providing outstanding customer experience.
- Someone who is adaptable and thrives in a dynamic atmosphere.
- Clear and fluent English
- Excellent communication skills
- Multi-lingual is favorable but not essential.
