Qualifications & experience
- Genuine Interest in commencing a career the Building Industry Essential
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work self guided to plan and prioritize daily running of the office
- Clerical and administrative skills are vital . As a Junior position enthusiasm and willingness to learn will be an advantage in job growth
- Experience in Bluebeam / Revu and advantage . Onsite education and opportunities available
- Willingness to extend knowledge, growth and experience to gain whilst been supported in the Junior Role
Tasks & responsibilities
- Undertaking daily office duties to maintain a smooth running of daily business
- As a Junior, successful candidates will be supported to assist in increasing their knowledge of the Building Industry in all aspects of the Build
- Data Entry, Invoicing, Management of Client Files, Scheduling, and documentation
- The ability to work self guided and unsupervised
- Assisting Managing Director in Appointments, scheduling of trades and site works
- Liaising with Clients, Suppliers, Trades and general front of Office enquiries, Phone Answering
