Local family run Custom Home Design and Building Business on the Beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula for over 35 years. We design, build and specialize in Energy Efficient Homes. We work closely with our clients to meet their individualize custom home to meet their costs and needs.

Qualifications & experience

  • Genuine Interest in commencing a career the Building Industry Essential
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work self guided to plan and prioritize daily running of the office
  • Clerical and administrative skills are vital . As a Junior position enthusiasm and willingness to learn will be an advantage in job growth
  • Experience in Bluebeam / Revu and advantage . Onsite education and opportunities available
  • Willingness to extend knowledge, growth and experience to gain whilst been supported in the Junior Role

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Undertaking daily office duties to maintain a smooth running of daily business
  • As a Junior, successful candidates will be supported to assist in increasing their knowledge of the Building Industry in all aspects of the Build
  • Data Entry, Invoicing, Management of Client Files, Scheduling, and documentation
  • The ability to work self guided and unsupervised
  • Assisting Managing Director in Appointments, scheduling of trades and site works
  • Liaising with Clients, Suppliers, Trades and general front of Office enquiries, Phone Answering
