Junior Business Analyst

Join our client in Brisbane, QLD, as a Junior Business Analyst. Our client, a leading wholesale distributor in Australia, caters to a diverse range of customers nationwide and offers a comprehensive portfolio of products and value-added services. This role involves providing support for our client's ERP software where you'll receive on-the-job training to become an expert in the software and will be mentored to learn the business analysis skillset, playing a critical role within the organization. This is a permanent role with room for growth and advancement.

Requirements:

• Effective Communication: Capable of engaging with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their needs.
• Adaptability and Learning: Willingness to learn and enhance software implementation and usage skills.
• Industry Insight: Basic understanding of distribution, warehouse, or logistics operations is advantageous.
• Onsite Commitment: Must be available to work onsite in Hamilton, QLD, for the initial 6 months (5 days per week), with potential for remote work afterward.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Previous experience collaborating with senior-level stakeholders to devise proactive solutions for their organization is preferred.
• Technical Support Understanding: Minimum understanding of Level 1 technical support is required to effectively troubleshoot and assist users with software issues.

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and communicate with users to understand gaps in software functionality.
• Provide support for the implementation and usage of the ERP software.
• Assist in resolving issues and improving software implementation.
• Transition into a subject matter expert role over 6 to 24 months.
• Handle daily business activities related to software support and improvement.
• Utilize knowledge of logistics and warehousing terminology to better support users.
• Collaborate with senior-level stakeholders to find proactive solutions for their organization.
