This is a significant opportunity for a junior lawyer with 1-3 years’ PAE to join a highly regarded boutique firm. The firm act predominately for high net wealth individuals and large, successful family businesses. Lawyers that flourish at this firm are intellectually astute, client focused and driven to succeed. Role
This is a newly created role for a personable, smart and switched on junior lawyer. You will work across a renowned Partner, and Senior Associate. The firm has a loyal base of high net wealth individuals and SME clients that value the tax, general commercial, corporate advisory, succession planning and estates expertise provided. We are seeking a junior lawyer with up to 3 years’ PAE. You will work across the full range of Corporate/Commercial law, including: tax issues in relation to M&A, business sales and acquisitions (particularly in the listed space), corporate restructuring (in particular acting for family offices that are restructuring their group and trusts), and general commercial transactions.
