ECOMED is a national distributor & service provider to the Health Care market.
We represent some of the world's most recognized & respected manufacturers of Medical Devices. We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service focused person to join our team at Seven Hills.
Reception Duties
- Office Administration
- Quotes and purchase orders
- Addressing and redirecting client inquiries
- Data collection and entry
- Maintenance of files and filing system
- General duties such as stationary management
- Staff support
- Working closely with our Operations department to provide assistance to our management staff.
Whilst this is an entry level position, we require a person who loves a challenge, lots of phone contact and prides themselves on their ability to “get the job done” whilst working as part of an energetic team.
As the company is in a strong growth phase, we are looking for someone who will fill a position with a wide variety of duties. The successful applicant will have the following characteristics;
- The capacity to grow with the company & willingness to do whatever is required.
- Will be enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Good knowledge of English language
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Reasonable keyboard speed with an eye for detail & accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- 5 Days in-office Monday to Friday
