- Must have Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Experience in administrative or customer care roles
- High level of computer literacy with Intermediate Microsoft suites
- Database and administrative system knowledge
- Collaborative, motivated personality to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Fluency in both verbal and written communication
- Previous experience in an administrative role with high volumes of activity
- Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
