The opportunity:
As the Junior Engineer, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and management of rail-related projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in the Australian rail industry.
The role is based at our Sydney CBD location and we also welcome a hybrid flexible working model.
- Provide assistance in rail engineering and project management to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Contribute to project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and project proposals.
- Assist with risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

- 2 years' experience in infrastructure construction projects in quality management / construction supervision of on-site activities.
- Familiar with construction documentation and processes including Design Documentation, ITP's, ITR's, RFI's, NCR's, Defect Management, etc.
- Experience in rail major projects, ideally in a consulting or engineering role.
- Knowledge of rail systems, infrastructure, and associated technologies.
