Junior It Support

EN-LINC, a leading Telecommunications company and is seeking a full-time Junior IT Support position to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a like-minded, creative, and resourceful individual who excels at problem-solving and possesses excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, basic knowledge of CRM systems, email management, and Microsoft Office applications. Exceptional customer service skills and a professional phone manner are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to emails and tickets, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers.
• Provide exceptional IT support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and resolve computer hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Handle phone calls professionally and delivering clear and concise messages.

Qualifications:

• No experience required full training will be provided. (IT Knowledge is preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM systems.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times.
• Eager to learn, self-motivated, and ready to contribute to a team environment.
