We are currently seeking a Junior Legal Receptionist to join our team.
The candidate will be required to undertake work on client files in various practice areas (i.e. Civil Litigation, Estates, Family, Property, and Commercial).
This is a full-time role and is available for immediate commencement.
About you
We are looking for a hard-working and dedicated individual to join our team.
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 1 year (or more) fulltime experience as a Legal Receptionist.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Motivated and willing to learn;
- Be able to assist solicitors with administration tasks on files;
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, ADOBE and LEAP;
- Be experienced in general reception duties;
- Have a high level of attention to detail;
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills;
- Have good communication skills both written and verbal;
- Be a team player;
- Be able to work autonomously and efficiently with the ability to multitask and prioritise deadlines;and
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
