Nambour Christian College (NCC) is a co-educational, Christian school located in the heartland of the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. We have over 1200 students from Prep to Year 12 located at our Woombye campus. In addition, we also own and manage eight Early Learning Centres across Queensland. About the role:
A valued member of the NCC community, and specifically our Junior School team, the Junior School Receptionist is responsible for managing the JS Reception. This includes the day-to-day administration functions, responding to visitors and students, answering telephone calls, documenting student absences, supporting the Deputy Head of Junior School administratively and providing general administrative support to other staff in support of regular scheduled events and projects.

About you:
Have an active Christian faith and personal alignment and commitment to the Mission and Vision of Nambour Christian College. Hold a current working with children check (Qld Blue Card).
While there is no formal qualification required for this role, the ability to demonstrate previous experience in a busy Front Office/Reception role is essential. Having excellent written and verbal communication skills, an attention to detail and the ability to operate multiple IT platforms effectively (for example TASS, Microsoft Office) will be key to being successful in the role.
We are looking for someone who will be quick to learn and demonstrate a considered and mature approach to tasks, and tasks and a commitment to integrating into our busy Junior School administration team. A key priority is that you will consistently deliver outstanding care, remain approachable, professional, and responsive to the needs of our parents, students and staff.
The position is available for an immediate start.
