Varsity are looking for Junior Managers (Duty Managers, Assistant Venue Managers 4IC/3IC) across our venues in Waterford and Fremantle!
Purpose
Simply put, the job of a Varsity Junior Manager is all about supervising the shift and leading a team of diverse personalities. Your main goal is to cultivate the perfect Varsity employee by ensuring adherence to procedures and providing training support.

Staff Training and Operational Excellence:
