About the role
In this exciting and career building role you’ll be providing vital support to the Brand team, while at the same time having the opportunity to develop key skills to help you progress your career. We’re looking for a positive, proactive and customer-oriented addition to our team, who is able to juggle multiple priorities and happy to jump in and support the team wherever needed.
As the Junior Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the directors and in house artist to filtrate the market with customised relevant marketing content. You will be responsible for the delivery of a variety of projects, from social media, advertising, & event launches, communication to customers, ambassadors and onsite photoshoots / videos and promotions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the creation and scheduling of creative content
- Assisting with the development and delivery of digital and social media strategies and planning
- Digital marketing including website content and maintenance.
- Engagement with the Recruitment Team on new marketing concepts.
- Creating and sending regular company reports, news and updates
About you
A proactive and energetic nature and a commitment to self improvement are our minimum expectations. Your understanding of social media, trends and platforms is so important as I am 50 years of age and can't get my head around the madness that people post.
- Strong communication skills are essential as this is a highly collaborative role requiring teamwork with many stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving, organisation and time management skills along with a hands-on approach are also ideal.
