Junior Medical Receptionist

Warm and welcoming specialist practice located in vibrant Subiaco requires a motivated team member for an immediate start with the ability to cover sick/holiday leave.

On a daily basis you will be responsible for:

• Telephone management
• Data entry
• Meeting and greeting patients
• Good typing skills and experience with creating all associated documentation
• Booking, confirming and rescheduling appointments
• Record keeping – preparing, updating and scanning patient records
• Balancing and banking at the end of the day
• Some patient billing and taking payments

 
We are looking for an empathetic individual with a patient focused, mature approach to customer service.

Requirements:

• Specialist Medical Receptionist experience (highly desirable)
• Experience using Genie software (desirable)
• Mature and professional disposition (essential)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Completion of an accredited medical certificate would be highly regarded
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
• Professional presentation
• The ability to undertake all duties in a diligent manner, with honesty and integrity working in a team environment or independently
