Junior Office Assistant

We are a long established, family run Mechanical Workshop located in Coffs Harbour seeking a Junior Office Assistant.

To be successful for this role you will have:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a great telephone manner.
• Ability to follow directions and work as a team member.
• Willingness to learn and apply new skills.
• A driver's licence is essential. 

Duties include:

• Operating a busy phone system.
• Greeting customers.
• Assisting co-workers with admin duties when required. 
• Driving customers and collecting parts.

This position requires the following hours to be worked:

Monday - Thursday 10am-5pm

Fridays - 8am-3pm

Immediate start is required.
