Toomey Pegg Lawyers is a well established boutique Sydney commercial law firm. We are seeking a Junior Office Assistant who is well presented, reliable and keen to learn.
Your duties will include:
- reception duties including answering phone calls and meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- collection and dispatch of mail
- deliveries within the CBD
- organising meeting rooms
- photocopying and scanning
- banking
- filing
- maintaining the kitchen and supplies
- organising stationery supplies
- basic research
- document preparation
- assisting staff as well as ad hoc admin duties
Basic secretarial skills and a typing speed of 40 wpm preferred. The position would suit a recent school leaver or someone who has recently completed Business College.
It is essential that you are able to work well in a team environment, have a positive attitude and good communication skills.
This is a full-time position with the working hours of 8:45 am - 5:15 pm Monday - Friday.
