As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Junior Office Assistant to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing all incoming calls
- Email management
- Printing, photocopying, scanning, filing
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Data entry of invoices & purchase orders
- Assisting with job scheduling
- Providing admin support to the Management Team as required
- Under 21 years of age (junior wage applies)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
