About the role
The role is primarily administrative with some customer service dealing with general enquiries.
There is a lot of data entry including managing client bookings and some reception duties.
You will be joining a team of dedicated administration assistants who work tirelessly to support clients and clinical staff who access ambulatory services. Work is based on teamwork and a collaborative mindset essential
You will have a choice of working on one of the campuses but can be asked to work across campuses if the need arise.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Medical Terminology (desirable)
- Experience in administration roles essential (ideally in a healthcare setting)
- Work closely with our rehabilitation teams and will work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals
- Process excellent communication skills and have advanced customer service and interpersonal skills
- Be a team player
- Have the capacity to multi task and prioritise workload
- Have an excellent eye for detail and enjoy contributing to a high standard of data entry and accuracy
- Have demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
