As part of the Customer Solutions team, you will be the first point of contact for all of our customers who call into our contact centre, meaning the types of calls you get in a day are varied - There is never a dull moment!
You will need:
- Customer service experience
- The ability to think critically and analyse specific situations
- A strong customer focus and great communication skills
- Negotiation skills when liaising with various stakeholders
- A willingness to learn, develop and self motivate
We're offering full time permanent opportunities to join our award-winning Customer Service Team working on a rotating roster between the hours of 8:00am - 8:30pm Monday to Friday, and currently 1 in 4 Saturdays between 9:00am - 5:30pm with a day off during that week.
