The purpose of this position is to support the Governance and Commercial Team, with the key focus assisting the Governance & Commercial Officer with arranging the approval, execution and filing of company documents. This role will be primarily office based, part-time 30.4-38 hours per week.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Assist the Governance & Commercial Officers in relation to:
- Contract Summaries
- Approval & Execution of documents
- Communicating with the business on behalf of the team
- Continuous Improvement activities
- Providing general assistance to the Governance & Commercial team including research tasks
Skills & Experience
- Contract or legal related background highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple matters concurrently essential
- High oral and written communication skills
- Excellent communicator and ability to work in a team essential
- Competent Computer skills
