Junior Planner

Our client is seeking a Junior Planner for this Hybrid role, offering a choice of three office locations across Sydney. Supporting the Planning Manager, you will have advanced excel skills, a love of data entry and all things numbers. Working with this international group known for their premium brands. This role is a six-month contract offer with some hybrid opportunity.
You will be joining a business located in 65 countries and who's focus is on their customers and the premium products they provide across their stores worldwide.
Key responsibilites fo the role:

• Co-ordinate requests for new local items and products
• Set-up pricing for local products
• Input local promotions
• Manage and implement pricing changes for local and global SKU's
• Investigate and resolve pricing issues for local and global brands
• Support the Planning Manager in all aspects of commercial analysis.
• Undertake analysis and follow-up of corporate KPI reports & ad- hoc reporting.
• Develop solutions for performance improvements.
• Co-ordinate agreed action plans with relevant departments including category management and logistics.

To be succesful in this role you will have :

• 1-2 years experience in a support or co-ordination role, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong project co-ordination skills.
• 1-2 years experience a variety of analytical and reporting activities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
