Our Risk and Business improvement
team is growing, so we are looking for a Junior Process Analyst
to join our team.
The Role:
Your role
will be focused on process improvement projects across the firm. You will be
deeply involved in delivery on innovation and change, one of the key
strategic pillars of the firm. You will be working within the Risk and Business
improvement team in Sydney. With the guidance of the Senior
Business analyst and Director Risk and work practices, you will be exposed to a diverse range
of experiences and opportunities to learn and develop.
Your
responsibilities include assisting with:
- Monitoring project progress and managing project
documentation and reporting - Facilitating communication between the project team and
stakeholders - Managing individual projects as required
- Research and evaluate solutions
- Building relationships within the business and
identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation - Collaboration with project stakeholders to
effectively document business processes - Identify opportunities to optimise workflow using AI
and other automation - Understanding business needs and challenges
- Contributing to the development of test plans and
performing test execution as required
What we are looking for:
The
successful candidate must have:
- Experience in project coordination, project management
- Experience in planning, organizing, and structuring
work - Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Willing to build successful relationships
- Attention to detail
- Good analytical and evaluative skills
- Ability to problem-solve
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Good time management skills and proven ability in
meeting deadlines in a results-driven team environment - Strong literacy in Microsoft suite of products
