We are seeking an entry level junior Property Manager that is looking to freshen up their career and fall in love with the industry whilst working along some of the biggest names in the industry!
The Role:

Monday – Saturday with a full day off throughout the week, this is an EASY role, neat portfolio of only 40 properties and a very enjoyable team to work for. You will be working alongside one of the strongest and most trusted portfolio’s in the industry whilst learning from some of the best Property Managers in the industry. Currently seeking a Junior Property Manager due to growth, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of 40 properties all local
• Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Liaising with landlords and Tenants
• Arrears control
• Maintenance requests

The Candidate:

• We are looking for someone who is excited to join a fun team
• A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• The ability to provide a high level of service
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
