AddressWorkfast are looking for Junior + Qualified Arborists to join our client in the S.E suburbs of Melbourne to assist with their current workload and future contract developments.
What you will bring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and possesses manual dexterity
- Safety-focused approach
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Experience in horticulture and open space will be great
- Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Cert II ESI (required)
- White Card (required)
- MR/HR Truck Licence (desirable)
- High Risk Work Licence (desirable)
- Cert III in Arboriculture or above (strongly desirable)
- Perform tree maintenance/removal works as required using both hand tools and chainsaws
- Pruning trees from both the ground and aerially using an elevated work platform (EWP)
- Tree Watering
- Perform maintenance as required such as stump grinding, weed management, mulching etc
- Complete ad hoc duties as assigned by the site supervisor
