This Junior Receptionist position is suitable for a school leaver looking to begin their career in Real Estate and gain valuable experience in an administration and customer service focused role.
Based in East Gosford, we are a family run business with a strong focus in property management and sales. The principals, Neil & Helena Mani, have been working together since 2006. Our office is an integral part of the community. At Easter, we hand deliver Easter bunnies in the local area. At Christmas, we organise Santa to visit families with stockings (filled with lollies of course) and a photo opportunity. We hold annual events with local schools on Father’s Day and Mother’s Day. We also support various charities and sporting groups.
We are seeking an energetic and vibrant person with a genuine passion for real estate to join our team. This important role will be a fundamental part of our growing business. The administrative duties you will undertake will provide support to the business owners, sales and leasing agents and property management department.
Specific duties will include but not be limited to:
- Answering phones and greeting walk in clients
- Uploading listings, attention to detail while following checklists
- Booking rental photoshoots
- Ordering rental signboards
- Key control & auditing
- Office administration for sales and rentals, and general ad hoc duties
The ideal candidate:

- Professional presentation and manner
- People skills and the ability to build relationships
- Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly
- P-Plates drivers licence, and access to a car as required
Training for all duties will be provided both internally and externally.
