Form of workRhonda Sheehy and Associates is a small Family Law practice located in Caboolture. We specialize in Family Law matters, Wills and Estates and Domestic Violence.
This position is fulltime, Monday to Friday, 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m. for an immediate start.
About the Role: We are looking for a motivated JUNIOR RECEPTIONIST with an interest in the Family Law sector, who will be responsible for, but not limited to the following tasks:-
- Greeting clients
- Attending to phone calls
- Managing enquires (both verbal and written)
- Booking appointments
- Providing general administration support to other staff
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Running errands
- Client's file management
About you: The successful applicant will possess the following attributes needed in a busy Family Law practice:-
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure
- Neat handwriting
- Polite phone manner
- Present themselves in a professional manner
- Ability to work as a part of a team as well as autonomously
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle is a must.
