Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with us? We’re looking for a passionate Junior Receptionist to join our team.
This position would be ideal for a recent school leaver seeking an entry point into Administration and the Construction Industry. The position is full-time (38 hours per week) Monday - Friday.
Duties will include:
- Manage all incoming calls
- Greeting all Visitors & Clients
- Process daily incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintenance of the office including light cleaning, and other amenities
- Process banking
- Data entry & general filing
- Managing meeting room availability
- General administration/office tasks as required
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Positive attitude, reliable, punctual & confident
- Exception attention to detail
- Ability to follow direction
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- The ability to multi-task
- Intermediate PC skills and ability to use Microsoft Office
- Driver's License and own transport is a must!
