About the Role
Working in a team with high performing Recruitment Consultants and a dedicated compliance consultant, you will be responsible for generating a new pipeline of General Practitioners to work in locum and permanent positions across Australia. The team are experiencing huge growth and as a result new opportunities have been created in the team. They are experts in their field so you can expect to learn from the best! Your day to day tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Managing the candidate database
- Screen, interview and match candidates to available roles
- Building a strong social media presence through channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn
- Identifying new candidates who have not yet worked with Global Medics
- Assisting the team with placements
The team are highly collaborative, super friendly and you will be led by a manager who is passionate about developing their team. The team are high achievers, consistently winning team awards such as high-end lunches and recently a trip to Bali.
