This role offers the opportunity to support the team in ensuring flawless delivery and execution of product excellence and service whilst maintaining food safety. This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for food and beverage in Brisbane!A few of your responsibilities:
- Guarantee that food is prepared in accordance with menu specifications, presentation guidelines, and kitchen quality standards.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of the complete menu, including all knowledge of the base ingredients and their preparation.
- Supervise and promote exceptional guest service and interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain food costs and stock control.
- Effectively manage incidents and complaints accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure service is fast, fun, friendly, fresh and focused.
- Extensive culinary experience in high-volume environment
- A positive and proactive team-oriented mindset, with the capability to lead a diverse group of team members
- Proficient knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Possession of a trade certificate in Commercial Cookery, international certificates recognized
- Full time, Permanent role with a starting salary of $70,000 Plus Super
