Blowfish ocean grill and bar is a new seafood restaurant in the heart of Broadbeach, with brand new open kitchen and equipment we frequently change the menu to what's locally available. Blowfish is seeking talented senior chefs. With positions of Junior Sous Chef and Sous Chef available. The right candidate will have to have the following skills 

• very good knowledge of seafood breakdown and where it is sourced 
• good management skills 
• understanding of HACCP
• previous experience in similar role 
• understanding of ordering systems 
• available all days 
• good organization skills 
• drive to keep growing and learning
