About the role:
Our Perth depot has an opportunity for a Transport Admin/Planner to join their team.
You will provide administrative support in the day-to-day Planning, Booking, Manifesting and administration activities in the depot including general admin support.
The role will be 5 days a week including two Saturdays per month with days off in lieu during the week.
The primary duties of the role will include:
- Manifesting consignments
- Planning and supporting operations
- The facilitation and management of customer orders and jobs received.
- Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met.
- Managing freight bookings and time slot requests
- Debriefing driver paperwork
- Assisting with depot pallet control
- Ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Administration and Depot Manager
- Ensuring that all transport documents are correctly completed, filed, and utilised in compliance with any and all regulatory standards for the transportation industry.
- Prior transport planning administration experience
- Coles & Aldi C3 knowledge essential.
- Be able to prioritise high volume of work and work in a fast-paced environment.
