Transport Planner Support

• 2x Transport Planner Support
  • One Position is Monday to Friday Role & Every Second Sunday.
  • Second Position Tuesday to Saturday.

These exciting positions will work within our current planning team, building and presenting forward plans for the Transport Execution Team. Using our systems and processes as well as Centurions Rostering and Scheduling tool to plan up to 28 Days in advance for Drivers, Trucks and Assets. Both Support and Junior Support Roles are looking for candidates that have an interest in getting into the industry or growing their skills within the industry.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Working alongside our Northwest, Southwest and Southbound Planners.
• Work with Team to Keep the Planning Roster up to date with new drivers and roster changes.
• Work with Planners to Schedule drivers to appropriate future runs.
• Complete Daily Departures and Checks
• Provide Plans to the Execution Team including all relevant information
• Contribute to Daily Handover
• Complete Daily Critical Risk Assessments
• Continually update plan with Business-Critical changes from contract coordinator areas
