Our client is an outsourcing company who have helped thousands of real estate agencies across Australia in implementing new account practices and have improved efficiency and services to companies big and small within the industry. They are on the lookout for a Trust Accountant to join their passionate team in assisting agencies across the country with their trust accounts.
The role:
- Carry out trust accounting duties across multiple Real Estate clients.
- EOM & Mid-Month
- Reconciliations, speed sheets & forecasting
- Run End of Month Run & mid-month statements/reports.
- Prepare documentation for annual audits for residential trust accounts.
- Prepare some documentation for audits.
- Profit & Loss Statements

The person:
- Have experience in a Real Estate office
- Have a clear understanding of the fundamentals of trust accounting
- Hold a valid Certificate of Registration
- Have fantastic communication skills and be well presented
- Well organised and great attention to detail
