They are on the lookout for a trust accountant administrator looking to support their incredible team with all duties
The role:
- Support the trust team with all EOM
- Accounts reporting
- Reconciliations, speed sheets & forecasting
- Assist with preparation of documentation for annual audits for residential trust accounts.
- Assist with Profit & Loss Statements
The perks:
- Work from home two days per week
- No tenant or landlord liaison
- Diverse role, no two days are the same
- Not a traditional real estate office
- Large team of 16 staff
The person:
- Have experience in a Real Estate office - Junior Property Managers will be considered
- Have an understanding of the fundamentals of trust accounting
- Hold a valid Certificate of Registration
- Have fantastic communication skills and be well presented
- Well organised and great attention to detail
