About the Role
We are looking for an Office Assistant to support our busy and friendly CBD office. We are seeking a self-starter who is proactive, and well-organised. In this varied role, you will provide a range of office and administrative services and support the broader team reporting to the Office Services Manager.
Your success will be measured by:
- Mail duties: collection, processing, distribution, and hand deliveries
- Booking couriers
- Daily banking
- Photocopying, scanning, and binding documents
- Setting up boardrooms for events
- Office organisation and general maintenance of meeting rooms and kitchens
- Reception relief
- File closing and archiving (comfortable lifting up to 25kg repeatedly)
- Ad-hoc administrative support to all areas of the business
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a legal/professional services industry (ideal)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Polished presentation
- Flexibility, proactive and a positive approach
- A strong commitment to attendance & punctuality
- A willingness to work and learn
